Planning director Lisa Hannon explained that a multi-tenant pole sign at the TA Bridal Center was previously granted variances in 2024 for height (75 ft) and sign area; the sign was constructed at 76 feet and now requires a new variance to regularize permitting. Staff recommended approval, explaining the sign was existing and the proposed changes were limited to sign faces with no new adverse impacts to neighboring properties. Council voted to approve variance 26-0003 on a motion and voice vote.
Council discussed the permitting history and staff confirmed there were no changes in the request from the last meeting.
