At the May 14 meeting the assistant director of finance, Anya Pinton, presented the March 2026 financial report and highlighted revenue and expenditure variances. "Our budget for revenue is $3,006,250, while our year to date revenue is $1,368,958. That represents 45.5% of our budget," Pinton said. She reported sales tax performance of 41.4% compared with 35.5% at the same point last year and noted that year-to-date expenditures were $370,085, or 8.6% of the $4,304,001 budget.
Pinton also reviewed the balance sheet: assets of $13,239,230.30, liabilities of $1,079,895.77 and a fund balance of $12,159,334.53. She said some savings on expenditures were due to vacancies in salaries and lower contractual services to date. The board invited questions after the presentation and did not take immediate action based on the report.
