The Willistown Board voted unanimously on June 15 to approve Supplement #2 for the Willistown Circulation Plan from Bowman Consulting for $3,450 to fund an additional meeting with the Steering Committee.
Supervisor Molly H. B. Perrin said she requested another meeting to give the consultant more local input prior to the consultant’s September 2026 meeting. Manager Shanna Lodge explained the Steering Committee membership and said the committee will work directly with the consultant. Resident Douglas Dreyer asked who serves on the Steering Committee and what the additional work entails; Perrin and Lodge said the extra meeting is intended to provide the consultant with a better perspective of the Township.
Public commenters also asked whether the study focuses on movement throughout the Township for pedestrians, equestrians and cyclists; Supervisor Perrin confirmed those modes are part of the study’s goals.
