Travis (city staff) said he has spoken with the EDC director and that the director "does, you know, think the current zoning would fit his development," but confirmed that a planned development (PD) would be required if the developer sought deviations from existing zoning. Members requested that staff confirm EDC’s timeline and present any finalized plans when the proposed map goes to Council.
