Planning Director Lisa Hannan presented a sign-variance application for the Paloma Trails monument entrance, explaining that the plan development governs the development standards and limited the sign face to 20 square feet. She said the proposed sign face of 70 square feet is in scale with the landscape wall and staff concluded the variance meets the four required criteria.
A council member moved to approve V26-0002, and the motion passed. Hannan noted a separate sign permit will be required prior to installation.
