Council approves replat for 1104 S. State Street

Planning Director Lisa Hannan told the council the replat for 1104 South State Street (just under 0.5 acre, including 0.5 of unopened Saunders Street) meets subdivision minimum requirements and is a ministerial approval. She noted the Board of Adjustments had previously granted three special exceptions related to front, rear and side yard setbacks for structures on the property.
A council member moved to approve the replat (RP26-0005) and the mayor announced the ayes carried. Staff entered the planning report into the record by reference.
