Presenter AJ highlighted ridership growth and said recent ridership metrics show the agency is up 33% year over year with an expectation to finish the fiscal year up roughly 40% year over year. “When I say recent ridership, July 6, we surpassed all of FY25’s ridership with roughly three months remaining,” AJ said, adding that a customer web portal and mobile app will let residents schedule curb‑to‑curb trips by phone or mobile device. Council thanked the team for improved service and noted stronger presence and partnerships with healthcare providers and local businesses as a priority for future growth.
