City staff (speaker 9) said the revision applies to a roughly 16-acre townhome parcel with about 54 for-sale units and would allow the developer flexibility to respond to market demand because the underlying infrastructure for the phase is being installed in a single delivery. Council confirmed staff’s assurance that infrastructure adjacent to Bee Cave Parkway will be installed with the first phase, a condition staff said was retained in the amendment. The motion to approve Ordinance 606 was moved, seconded and carried unanimously.
