At the May 21 meeting the Amherst Historical Downtown Design Review Board moved to approve the minutes from an earlier meeting and heard no public comment on preliminary review items.
A committee member moved to approve the minutes "as submitted" and a second was recorded; the Chair called for the vote and ayes were recorded. The Chair noted there was nothing for preliminary review and that no members of the public were present. The board set June 18 as the next meeting date "as needed" and later voted to change the regular start time to 6:00 p.m. The Chair moved to adjourn; the board voted in favor and the meeting ended at 5:44 p.m.
The session covered a single formal design application and routine business; no contested allegations or formal appeals were raised during the meeting.
