Denise Delora, a Glenn Heights resident, used her public-comment time to raise transparency questions about the approved data-center project and the role of nondisclosure agreements in council discussions. "Have any current or former city council members signed a nondisclosure agreement related to this project? If they have, when were those agreements signed, who signed them, and what was the general purpose of the NDA?" Delora asked, requesting a written response if the information could not be provided that night.
Mayor Sonya A. Brown acknowledged the request and said the city would follow up; Delora also asked whether newly elected council members would be required to sign NDAs to participate in project discussions and how the city would ensure resident access to decision information. The question was not resolved on the record and the council did not provide immediate documentary answers; Delora asked for follow-up in writing.
