Council hears introduction of incentive package for Rousseli Construction expansion

Falcone said Rousseli — currently headquartered in Dublin — would retain an estimated 120 employees and create about 26 new positions by Dec. 31, 2032, and staff estimated the project could generate roughly $2.14 million in additional income-tax withholding revenue over the term of the project. Staff recommended council approve the ordinance at second reading on May 26, 2026. No public comment was offered on the introduction; the item returns for a public hearing on May 26.
