Harris County Commissioners Court voted to approve the bulk of its consent agenda after temporarily removing one item for clarification and then returning it to the docket.
During the morning session the court rescinded an earlier motion in order to remove item 39 from the initial consent vote so engineers could confirm details. The court subsequently reconsidered, restored item 39 to the consent agenda and approved the motion. The presiding official announced the consent agenda passed unanimously after the final vote. “Motion made and properly seconded…all those in favor, aye,” the court recorded during the proceedings.
The court also moved to pass resolutions numbered 91 through 112 later in the meeting; those resolutions were adopted with unanimous votes after the speakers who had registered for the items addressed the court. The meeting record shows the court adjourned at 11:11 a.m.
