The Board of Zoning Appeals opened its April 1 meeting, approved minutes from the Jan. 7 meeting and adopted the April 1 agenda with no corrections. The Chair presided and the secretary called roll prior to hearing case 2602.
BZA members heard staff and applicant testimony on a variance request for 5060 Bellevue Court. After staff recommended approval and the applicant explained the need for additional vehicle storage and a car lift, the board approved the variance by a 3–2 vote. The Chair announced the outcome: "The variance has been approved. By a vote of 3 to 2." The board noted the applicant must consult City engineering about any storm-sewer connections and obtain building permits before starting work.
With no further new business the Chair closed the meeting and listed upcoming BZA dates: May 6 and June 3.
