Lyons described how the alliance runs household-hazardous‑waste collection and site operations. "We open between 09:30AM and 4PM," he said, and explained the fee structure, noting residents can book appointments on the regional website. The board’s motion to approve the plan passed after a second; Chair (speaker 2) called for the vote and members responded "Aye." The plan will be the town’s local implementation for the state’s five‑year cycle and will guide education, business outreach and hazardous‑waste collection scheduling.
