Commission approves Roughrider Electric permits and easement for utility work

The easement approved by the board was described in the minutes as: "West 50’ of the East 500’ of the South 100’ in SE1/4SE1/4 of 10-142-99 100 lineal feet more or less." Commissioners moved and seconded approval and the motions carried.
County engineering staff noted the permits cover multiple locations and a Blacktail Road crossing; the approvals are intended to allow Roughrider Electric to complete necessary line work in specified township/range sections.
