According to the numbers read into the record, Charlotte Wilcox was elected mayor with 1,130 votes (unopposed). Hogan Hevington received 649 votes to Misty Sudeo’s 612 and was declared the winner for Place 2; Sean Nelson was declared elected to Place 4 with 1,141 votes (unopposed); and Daniel Jaworski won Place 6 with 1,041 votes. After the reading, a councilmember moved to approve resolution 2026-3239 canvassing and declaring the election results; another councilmember seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
Mayor Wilcox acknowledged the soon-to-be sworn-in councilmembers in the audience and congratulated them. The council took no further related action at the meeting; procedures for swearing in the new members were not detailed during the session.
