The Lynnfield Conservation Commission voted on June 16 to grant a one-year extension for the Tuttle Lane subdivision (formerly listed as 333, 339 & 349 Summer Street) to allow HPI Mass RE Development, LLC to complete roadway and stormwater management work.
Director Emilie Cademartori explained two Orders cover the project: one for the single house in jurisdiction and one for the overall subdivision drainage system.
