Conservation Commission issues Certificates of Compliance for 10 Windsor Road and 135 Chestnut Street

The Lynnfield Conservation Commission voted unanimously on June 16 to issue Certificates of Compliance for two completed projects.
For DEP File #209-0681 at 10 Windsor Road, staff reported that restoration work addressing ATV tracks had been completed and revegetated, allowing closeout of the matter. For DEP File #209-0416 at 135 Chestnut Street the Commission reported that the raze-and-rebuild including septic and landscaping of the wetland buffer is complete. Erin Hohmann moved to issue the Certificate of Compliance for 10 Windsor Road and Maria Donovan seconded; the motion carried 7-0. The Commission then moved and approved the Certificate for 135 Chestnut Street by the same margin.
