Director Emilie Cademartori said the applicant's engineer is still addressing peer-review comments and that coordination with the national automotive group's staff has been slower than expected. The Commission voted to continue the hearing to July 21, 2026 to allow the applicant to respond to peer-review and provide revised plans.
