Staff member (S3) introduced a new high-level revenue report intended to show where funds sit at month end and to flag receivable entries that will be recorded as part of year-end closeouts. "This is just kind of a snapshot of our investments as of the end of June," S3 said while reviewing reconciled balances and statement dates.
Board members asked whether the packet could include expected monthly benchmarks to compare actual collections against typical timing for items such as transportation and state aid receipts. S3 said staff will try to add historical month-end comparisons and noted that receivable and charge-back entries will be required before the audit completes.
