The Lynnfield Conservation Commission on June 16 issued a negative determination for a home expansion and attached garage at 30 Arlington Street.
Director Emilie Cademartori reported the project area is existing lawn and described how a water resource connects nearby wetlands and the intermittent stream; she recommended a preconstruction meeting and erosion-control and culvert-protection measures if the determination were negative. Commissioner Kirk Mansfield moved to issue the negative determination, with Erin Hohmann seconding; the motion carried 6-0.
