Commissioner Robert Baldwin moved, supported by David Comai, to authorize Conservation Resource Alliance (CRA) to submit a $200,000 preproposal to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources for design and permit work and to submit a preproposal to EGLE’s Dam Risk Reduction Grant Program. The Board additionally authorized Chair Fisher to execute an Administrative Services Agreement with CRA as to form by the County Attorney and to sign a draft letter to MDNR. All motions passed by consensus with no opposition.
