Director Emilie Cademartori told the Commission that the replacement tank will be located in the front yard and that the only work in jurisdiction involves the new tank and the filling of the old cesspool. Chair Don Gentile asked about erosion control; Cademartori said appropriate measures would be taken. There was no public comment. Erin Hohmann moved to issue a negative determination and Maria Donovan seconded; the motion carried 6-0.
