Board approves annual operators and retail/tobacco licenses for 2026–27
Summary
Trustees approved operator licenses effective July 7, 2026–June 30, 2027 for seven individuals and renewed Class B and tobacco/e-vaping licenses for RJS Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Booz’In Sports Bar for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027.
The board approved annual operators licenses for the period July 7, 2026–June 30, 2027 for Michael C. San Felippo, Mark Slaughter, Valerie N. Cortez, Nabin Rokaya, Christopher Schmidt, Megan Schwengel and Tyler R. Fitzgerald. Trustee Barbara Ruege moved approval; Trustee Blaine Werner seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
Separately, the board approved Class B retail and cigarette, tobacco, and electronic vaping-product licenses for RJS Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Booz’In Sports Bar, 124 Carroll St., for the license year July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027. Trustee Dave Borchardt moved approval; Trustee Jamie Vorpahl seconded and that motion also carried 5-0.
