Joanne Ansay told the committee she planned to remove a free library box from her property and requested permission to relocate it to the Orth Drive property. Member Chuck Mueller moved to approve the relocation and to allow the painter/designer to finalize the appearance; Member Blaine Werner seconded. The motion carried, 4-0.
Committee discussion included a recommended siting near the mailboxes at the entry to the subdivision. The action records approval of the box placement and authorizes the design work described in the motion; the committee did not attach additional conditions or funding requirements to the approval at the June 9 meeting.
