Fishburne also offered to answer follow‑up questions and help the commission scope work for a municipal planning grant if Stamford chooses to pursue one.
Next steps: Fishburne said BCRC will circulate a written report to the town contact and is available for further consultations; commissioners agreed to review the recommendations and consider grant timing tied to the fall municipal planning grant cycle.
