Trustees asked staff to prepare a formal set of procedures and a cost‑per‑participant calculation for both high school and middle school so the board can evaluate a fee structure and any caps or scholarship rules. Staff also emphasized ASB governance rules and that activity fees collected would go into the general ASB fund and then be allocated according to ASB processes.
