Board approves consent items, hires bus aide and OKs conference attendance

The board approved hiring Kelly Burnside as a bus aide at $14.85 per hour (motion by England, supported by Waller; motion carried 5-0). The board also approved CTE teacher Todd Hodge to attend the Michigan Career Education Conference scheduled for Jan. 25–27, 2026 in Grand Rapids (motion by Waller, supported by Grodi; motion carried 5-0). The board recorded no questions during the financial report presented by President Otting. The next regular meeting was announced for Dec. 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mason Senior High School Library.
