Chair Kohn Fisher presided; Commissioners Robert Baldwin, Truman Bicum, Scott Matley, Jeff Sieting and James Sweet attended; Commissioner David Comai was absent. County Administrator David Schaeffer and County Clerk Deborah Hill were also present.
Departments presented budget requests and staff discussed personnel and accounting needs; no final votes on the 2025 budget were recorded during the workshop. The board received summaries from County Treasurer Arlette Papcun and Sheriff Patrick Whiteford, and Administrator Schaeffer relayed court-related pay requests while noting a transition staff review and continued accounting needs. The meeting adjourned at 9:15 PM by a motion from Commissioner Jeff Sieting, seconded by Commissioner Robert Baldwin, carried 6-0 with one member absent.
