Commissioner Robert Baldwin moved the motion and Commissioner David Comai supported it; the motion carried unanimously.
The hearing will be part of the board's reconvened session and is intended to provide a public forum for property tax transparency and comment before final budget actions. The board also recessed the annual meeting to the call of the chair later that night and scheduled the next regular meeting for Oct. 16 at 5:00 p.m.
