The Nov. 3, 2025 meeting minutes were approved following a motion by Ms. Batzer and support from Paul Petrovich; the motion passed by voice vote.
Other formal actions included acceptance of the 2026 meeting schedule on a motion by Ms. Batzer, supported by William Shryer, and an adjournment motion by Robert Schuelke, supported by Paul Petrovich; both motions passed by voice vote. Chair Wayne Beldo confirmed that the election of officers will occur at the Feb. 2, 2026 meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
