Elm River WRD approves agenda, minutes and treasurer’s report; all motions pass unanimously

During the Feb. 3 meeting the Elm River Joint Water Resource District approved routine consent items. Manager Josh Ihry moved to approve the agenda as presented, with Manager Jason Siegert seconding the motion; the vote was unanimous. Manager Siegert then moved to approve the minutes of the Dec. 11 meeting and Manager Ihry seconded; that motion also carried unanimously.
The board also approved the bills and the treasurer’s report after Manager Siegert moved and Manager Ihry seconded the motion. The minutes record all three votes as carried unanimously on roll call. No abstentions or recusals were recorded in the meeting minutes.
