Summary
The Board approved two haul-route permits allowing heavy frac-sand loads on county roads (two separate permits with axle and gross-weight terms) subject to pre-inspection and bond, and voted to deny BNSF's request that the county provide traffic control and pavement patching at several railroad crossings.

Commissioners approved Haul Route Agreement #10025 with ConveyTech LLC to haul frac sand at 8 tons per axle (80,000 lbs gross) on CR7 and Agreement #10125 with Cicada Logistics New Town Terminal to haul by legal weight (105,500 lbs gross) on CR17; both permits are conditional on pre-inspection and payment of a cash bond. The approvals were recorded by unanimous roll call.
Separately, the Board reviewed an AECOM request from Jake Stolarski seeking county help with traffic control and road-surface patching at multiple BNSF crossings. County staff said Road & Bridge did not have capacity; Commissioners approved a letter denying the request.
