Mountrail County awards $60,006 mitigation plan contract to SRF Consulting

Disaster Emergency Manager Warren Bogert led interviews of firms bidding on the Multi-Hazardous Mitigation Plan renewal. Representatives including Scott Harmstead (SRF), Joel Quanbeck (KLJ) and Michael Kemp (Integrated Solutions) appeared to answer questions about their quotes. Paramount and South-Central Dakota Regional Council did not appear.
Because lower-quoted firms did not attend the interviews, the Board approved the SRF Consulting quote of $60,006 for the plan renewal by roll call vote. The emergency manager will proceed to finalize the contract and coordinate next steps with SRF.
