The board on Feb. 20 approved the Short Form Agreement between Mountrail County and HDR Engineering, Inc. (Professional Services Agreement Number UO(40)25-PE) for work on 40th St NW, with a contract value of $415,526.04. Road & Bridge Engineer Jana Hennessy and HDR's Craig Mizera discussed the scope and funding; the board approved the agreement as presented.
The motion to sign the agreement specifies the work will be paid from Flood Aid monies. The vote was unanimous: Commissioners approved the agreement after staff noted the scope and funding source; the county will proceed with the professional services engagement under the agreed fee.
