The Advisory Planning Commission approved PCPP‑26‑3, the Interstate Retail primary plat, a 6.69‑acre subdivision split into two lots and two blocks with a planned drainage pond and private street (Veritas Drive). Staff recommended approval with conditions typical for a primary plat: recordation of final plat, completion of technical review comments and addressing drainage and utility easement requirements.
Applicant Paul Kolodzin from Civil & Environmental Consultants said the team would work to address staff's technical comments and agreed to extend the utility easement west to accommodate a potential raised walking connection. Commissioners also discussed pedestrian connectivity and the need to coordinate sidewalks to the west to tie into the town’s trail system. The commission approved the primary plat with the staff recommendations plus the agreed easement change.
