Staff recommended approval provided remaining technical review comments are addressed, the final plat is recorded, and Hendricks County Drainage Board approval is obtained.
Commissioners focused on buffering for the adjacent Bell Arbor neighborhood and on extending easements to allow a future raised walking connection. Applicant Ryan Lindley agreed to extend the utility/sidewalk easement to the west to better connect with existing trail infrastructure. The commission approved the primary plat with staff conditions and the agreed easement extension.
