The Advisory Planning Commission approved PSDP‑26‑10, Project Wolverine: a proposed two‑story, 324,673 square‑foot headquarters and laboratory facility in the Ronald Reagan Logistics Park (I‑2 zoning). Staff described how Project Wolverine was a modified resubmittal of the previously approved Project Falcon with a smaller main building and phased parking; Wessler had approved stormwater comments but some pollution prevention plan items remained under review.
Derek Gordon of SpaceCo, representing the applicant, said the redesign reduced building footprint by about 47,000 square feet to allow phased construction and to provide space for future parking to be built as needed. Commissioners asked whether the initial parking being built would support the estimated 800 employees; staff and the applicant said current phased parking would meet anticipated day‑one employee counts. The commission moved and approved the DPR with staff recommendations.
