The Advisory Planning Commission approved PSDP‑26‑8, a development plan for a 3,488‑square‑foot Citizens Bank including three drive‑through lanes, subject to staff conditions and a commissioner‑requested sidewalk radius modification to support bicycle access. Staff said the site met chapter 2 and 3 UDO standards, had adequate parking (23 standard spaces and two ADA spaces), and was not located within Brownsburg water/sewer territory.
Ryan Lindley of Banning Engineering explained the site orientation and access points and confirmed the applicant’s willingness to soften sidewalk corners for bikes. "We're trying to avoid the ditch... but yeah, we can either chain for the corners or..." Lindley said when asked about providing a bikeable radius. The commission added the sidewalk adjustment as a condition and approved the motion.
