The Board noted specific abatement matters: the abatement notice for 133 Catherine Avenue was adjourned for 60 days pending additional information, and the file for 150 Deerfield Terrace is unresolved because it is unclear whether a well test has been conducted and results were not provided. Attorney Mr. Mason updated the Board in Executive Session on pending litigation related to unlicensed fowl.
