The board agreed to keep Surface Drain Permit No. 6710, associated with Neil Breidenbach, and Dacotah Bank's complaint on future agendas to monitor whether the permit holder secures required written consents from Buxton Township, affected landowners and Dacotah Bank. Chairman Jason Siegert will contact Mr. Breidenbach and request that the consents be provided by Feb. 17.
Attorney Sean Fredricks provided a brief update on the lawsuit filed by La Verne Koenig stemming from 2017–2018 obstruction complaint proceedings; the update was informational and no new legal action by the board was recorded at the Jan. 20 meeting.
