Commission appoints James Higgins to District 4, reappoints Randy Geiger as chair

The commission's printed resolution reappoints Randy Geiger as chairman with a new term to Sept. 30, 2026, names David Hayes as vice chair and assigns David Webb and Marty Visser to the Grove Tower Committee. The resolution states appointments take effect upon passage and mayoral approval.
The action was procedural and adopted by voice vote. County Clerk Donna Craig recorded the roll and the minutes will be spread on the commission record. No dissenting votes were recorded in the public roll-call summary for these agenda items.
