Medina County reports $215 million in capital commitments, forecasts 360 new jobs

Economic Development Executive Director Bethany Dentler reported that through the first six months of 2026 countywide commercial and industrial owners committed more than $215,000,000 in new capital investments, which Dentler said are expected to generate more than $27,000,000 in annual payroll and create approximately 360 new jobs.
Dentler highlighted specific projects: EMH Crane broke ground on a 24,000-square-foot expansion in the Liverpool Industrial Park and Lifestone Ministry opened a new 50,000-square-foot location in Granger Township. Dentler also noted the 100-plus-acre Commerce Park 71 site is being marketed for advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defense leads.
