Commissioners debate shop camera access and road supervision; topic tabled

Commissioner LaRocque said the commission acts collectively as supervisors and recommended tabling the issue for a full-board discussion; Commissioner Poitra and Chairman Allen Schlenvogt cited past problems when commissioners became directly involved in shop supervision, including communication failures and prior personnel conflicts. Schlenvogt said the cameras are intended for security, not to monitor workers. The board tabled the matter to the next meeting for fuller consideration.
