Attorney Joseph Cattogio said the application had been unanimously approved in March but a probate court title issue in Florida delayed the sale; that issue has been resolved and the applicant now seeks to proceed. “This was actually presented and unanimously approved last March,” Cattogio said, and he told the board the proposed house otherwise meets setback, parking, height and zoning requirements for the area. There were no public proponents or opponents at the hearing. The board attached the usual two‑year lapse provision and recording requirement in the Suffolk County registry of deeds.
