County hears update on mental-health districts; county jail behavioral-health services noted

Loehr also told the board that Flowstate Health Services provides behavioral-health services to the Palo Alto County Jail; County Sheriff John King was identified as the county's representative on the Iowa Primary Care Association advisory board. The presentation focused on system navigation across the new districts and on coordinating services for rural counties.
The board did not take formal action on the presentation. The advisory role of Sheriff King was noted as part of the update; staff and board members asked no recorded follow-up motions during this meeting.
