Monte Starks moved to approve the consent items and Paul Neal seconded; the motion carried by voice vote. The meeting record also shows the Commission recognized former District 4 Commissioner Dell Carter for 22 years of service and presented a Loyal Patriot of Henry County Award to Stephanie Tayloe for her work with the Henry County Archives. The recognitions were recorded as official Commission business in the minutes.
