Controller staff reported Economic Development Corporation fund balances: a revolving loan fund balance of $27,149.28 and a special project fund of $59,431.37. An agenda item on the Freshwater Trail Maintenance Fund was deferred because staff did not have complete information; commissioners asked staff to place the item on a future work session with the requested details and to provide the EDC fund numbers to guide appropriations.
Board committee reports noted Northern Lakes Community Mental Health wage pressures and other routine updates. Commissioners again recognized emergency management and first responders for recovery efforts from the recent ice storm.
