The Board approved payroll with warrants to be released Jan. 30, 2026, Maintenance & Operation claims, and Blanket Purchase Orders. The minutes list numerous purchase orders and claims across county departments, including fuel, road rock, professional services, and equipment maintenance; the minutes state that detailed records are available in the County Clerk’s Office for public inspection.
The BOCC also approved a Declaration of Surplus Resolution (Res#25, 26‑90) for equipment from Highway District 1—a 2012 JD Cab Tractor, a 2013 Armor Lite Belly Dump Trailer with electric tarp, and a 2013 Kenworth truck—to be sold at the Elk City Auction on March 13–14, 2026. With no other business, the board adjourned at 9:54 a.m. The minutes were later certified on Feb. 2, 2026.
