Board approves $1 million to CDA for Trails Edge Senior housing project

Scribe explained that $1.3 million of county funding is being requested to replace $2 million in federal earmarks that reduce tax-credit eligibility and add compliance burdens; the board approved the release of $1,000,000 by voice vote. She noted strong occupancy rates across existing CDA senior properties and described waiting lists for project-based vouchers.
